Chicken is incredibly easy and broccoli pie

1 (9 ounces) frozen broccoli cuts, thawed and drained (or 11 / 2 cup of cooked broccoli)
1 1/2cups shredded cheddar
2cups cut up cooked chicken
1medium onion, chopped (2 / 3 cup)
Original mix Bisquick ® 3/4cup
11 / 2 cup milk
1/2teaspoon salt
1/4teaspoon pepper
3eggs
1.Heat oven to 400 ° F.. Spray plate glass 9-inch pie with cooking spray. Sprinkle broccoli, cheese, chicken and onion in pie dish.
2.In a medium bowl, mix the remaining ingredients to whisk or fork until smooth. Pour in pie dish.
3.Bake 35 to 38 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
High Altitude (3500-6500 ft): Bake 35 to 40 minutes.
